Kaleshi Collective – Return and Refund Policy

1. Introduction
This Return and Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases made through www.kaleshicollective.com ("Website"), operated by Kaleshi Collective (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order on our Website, you ("Customer") agree to the terms set forth herein, in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Customers are eligible to request a return or refund within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Definitions

  • Customer: Any individual or entity placing an order through the Website.

  • Product(s): Any merchandise sold on the Website.

  • Return Period: Seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • Defective: A product that is damaged, flawed, or not as described.

  • Final Sale Items: Products explicitly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

3. Return Eligibility

3.1 Change of Mind
Customers may request a return for any reason within the Return Period, provided the product is:

  • Unused, unwashed, and unaltered

  • In original packaging with all tags and labels intact

  • Approved following inspection by our team

Kaleshi Collective reserves the right to deny requests at its sole discretion if the product fails to meet the above conditions.

3.2 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us within seven (7) calendar days of delivery at admin@kaleshicollective.com with the following:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

Once verified, we will issue a refund or replacement at our discretion.

3.3 Return Authorization Required
Do not ship any items back without prior written authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

4. Return Procedure
To initiate a return:

  1. Email admin@kaleshicollective.com within the 7-day Return Period.

  2. Await written return approval and shipping instructions.

  3. Package the item securely with original packaging.

  4. Use a trackable and insured courier to return the product.

Returned products are subject to inspection prior to refund approval.

5. Refunds

5.1 Method of Refund
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Processing times may take up to 14 business days from receipt and inspection of the return.

In lieu of a refund, store credit may be offered at the customer’s request. Store credit is:

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Final Sale items

  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered

  • Items missing original packaging, tags, or labels

  • Custom, personalised, or made-to-order items

  • Gift cards and promotional/free items

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

8. Shipping Costs

8.1 Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to a confirmed error by Kaleshi Collective (e.g. defective or incorrect item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit.

8.2 Original Shipping Charges
Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

9. Refused Deliveries
If an order is refused at delivery and returned to us, the customer may be responsible for both outbound and return shipping charges. Refunds, if issued, will exclude such charges and may be subject to a restocking fee.

10. Misuse of Return Policy
Kaleshi Collective reserves the right to deny refunds or refuse future services in cases of:

  • Excessive or repetitive return activity

  • Returning used merchandise as new

  • Fraudulent or misleading claims

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We reserve the right to modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website.
