How to Return a Kaleshi Collective Item

Oh no — something didn’t work out? We’re sorry to hear that. We put our hearts (and some healthy rage) into everything we create, so if it missed the mark for you, we’d love to know why — not just so we can make it right, but so we can do better next time.

Here’s how to process a return:


1. Email us within 7 days of purchase
We’ve got a 7-day return window. Just drop us a line at admin@kaleshicollective.com with:

  • Your order number

  • What you’d like to return

  • And (if you're up for it) — why it didn’t work out

We actually read these, and yes, we care.


2. We’ll get back to you with next steps
Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll let you know if your return is eligible and guide you through the return process. Unless it's a final sale item, you will be able to return an item, don't worry! If approved, you’ll need to send the item back to us unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.


3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund. It’ll go back to your original method of payment — just give it a few business days to reflect.


A few things we don’t accept returns on:

  • Used or washed items (yes, we can tell)

  • Final sale items

  • Custom or personalised pieces

  • Anything sent back without prior email confirmation


We’re a small team, not a big faceless machine. Every return costs us — but we’d rather take the hit than have you stuck with something you hate. So talk to us.
